Return Policy

If you want to return or exchange items of your order, please let us know via e-mail return@patronne.be with the following information:

Your first name and name

The article(s) you would like to return (name of item and color of item)

The reason why you want to return the items

Would you like to return your purchase? We accept returns within 14 calendar days upon delivery date on articles that are in the original condition as you’ve received them. Your items must also be returned in the original packaging and the original box. The returned items are checked once they arrive at our headquarters.

If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. We will not refund shipping costs. The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.

We won’t refund returned items that are worn, washed, or that are not in the original condition. If your return arrives at our office in a way that does not comply with our policy, we have the right to refuse your returned items and we have the right to refuse to refund you.

If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your item(s) and place a new order. Items that are bought at discount prices can be exchanged for another size or color but will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Returns take 14-21 days to process. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 7 days. We will update you when we are processing your return and we will send you an email once it’s all done.
